Circa Ltd is a business organisation active in the fields of accounting and translation and also, more recently, organic farming. We operate with sustainability in mind and so are focused on digitalisation, ecology, the conscious use of resources and cooperative action. Our priority is to train employees at the beginning of their careers and so build a young team.

 

❖ What we offer

 

❶  Preparation for the position of senior accountant, with particular emphasis on:

♦ Document organisation;

♦ Maintaining records of lump-sum taxation on recorded revenue;

♦ Maintaining tax ledgers;

♦ Maintaining accounting ledgers;

♦ Preparing tax declarations (VAT, JPK [Standard Audit File for Tax], CIT, PIT);

♦ Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account).

 

❷  Preparation for work as an independent employee in the department responsible for human resources management [HR], with particular emphasis on:

♦ Preparing employee payrolls;

♦ Drawing up civil law contracts;

♦ Managing leave;

♦ Managing sick leave;

♦ Calculating sickness and maternity benefits;

♦ Keeping records of ZUS PUE accounts (social insurance institution electronic services platform accounts);

♦ Preparing and sending ZUS reports.

 

❸  Preparation for work as a manager for foreign clients, and in particular learning:

♦ Procedures associated with registering companies formed by foreigners or their representatives in Poland;

♦ Procedures associated with registering the self-employed business activity of foreigners in Poland;

♦ Organisation of interpreting and written translation, including sworn translations, marketing translations and specialist translations, into and out of Polish;

♦ Communication with foreign clients in a foreign language;

♦ Making written translations.

→  You can apply to our Unpaid Obligatory Internships Programme at any time by sending an e-mail entitled ‘Unpaid Obligatory Internships’ to biuro@dwunastka.waw.pl, by telephoning 22 247 29 89 or by visiting our office in the Warsaw University Library at ul. Dobrej 56/66, level -1, unit A26. The length of the internship depends on the number of hours of practical, professional experience required by the relevant higher education institution.

Recruitment process

→  In the case of the Unpaid Obligatory Internships Programme we are obliged to sign a tripartite agreement with the student and the relevant higher education institution. The programme is designed for students who are in at least their second year.

→  In the case of the Paid Internship Programme, we offer a mandate contract. This programme is designed for students who are in years three, four and five of their courses.

→  Both programmes take place at our office in the Warsaw University Library at ul. Dobrej 56/66, level -1, unit A26. The aim of both programmes is to prepare students for permanent work as part of our team.
